I don’t know a single person who doesn’t struggle to find time for themselves to exercise.
While some are very determined to make time others have a multitude of reasons why they have no time to work out. The simple fact is that you don’t need an hour in the gym to make changes, raise your heart rate and build strength and cardiovascular fitness.
There are a number of ways that you can maximise your workout in as little as five minutes if you’re time poor and let’s face it most of us are.
Hybrid exercises are a very effective form of exercise which combines two or more movements together. Some benefits of hybrid exercises are as below,
* Move you in multiple planes of motion
* Twice the benefit in half the time
* Increases your intensity therefore burns more
calories
* Perfect if you’re short on time to work a
variety of muscles
* Can be used to target particular zones or for
a full body workout
* Uses functional movement patterns
* Helps ro break up the monotony and
boredom
* Burns a tonne of calories
Research shows that by combining upper and lower body workouts can reduce body fat, increase muscle mass and improve overall fitness in as little as 8 weeks.
Have fun with your own combinations that flow and challenge you. The beauty is that you can use your own body weight or free weights to actively rest one muscle group whilst working another.
Enjoy!
